Standard Art Fee — $75

Includes one Shutterstock or Magnific image and editing. Additional stock images will incur a $15 fee.

Custom Design Fee — $165

Includes one initial design and up to two revisions. Additional revisions will require an additional art fee.

If you would like our professional graphic designers to create your artwork, please let us know in your initial order email.

Standard Setup Fee — $75

This includes one pre-designed image provided by you - we require a standard setup fee for provided art.

Apparel Design Fee — $75

This includes one design for custom apparel.

Stock & Reference Images

The easiest way to find high-resolution artwork is through Shutterstock or Magnific.

If supplying your own artwork or images, you are responsible for purchasing, licensing, and providing the appropriate high-resolution files.

When downloading images from Shutterstock or Magnific, select the largest available image size or vector format, when available, for the best print resolution.

Please Note:

• Shutterstock images marked “Editorial Use Only” cannot be used.
• Using Shutterstock’s “Edit” tool may reduce image resolution.
• Avoid dark, low-contrast, or unclear images. Our artists may make adjustments for the best print reproduction.
• Images saved, copied, or screenshotted from Internet/Google searches cannot be used.

AI-Generated Images

AI-generated images may be submitted as references or inspiration; however, our artists cannot guarantee an exact recreation.

If provided as final print artwork, PropVinyls cannot guarantee print quality due to potential pixelation, artifacts, distorted details, or insufficient resolution when enlarged.

Proofing

Initial proofs are typically emailed within 5–7 business days. Revisions are typically completed within 2–3 business days, depending on complexity. Timelines may vary during peak season or periods of high order volume.

Please Note:

Revisions are changes made to the existing design concept. Significant changes in direction, new concepts, or complete redesigns will count as a new design and require an additional art fee.

We recommend viewing proofs on a desktop or laptop. Screens display colors in RGB, while printing uses CMYK inks, so final colors may vary slightly from the electronic proof.

Neon, fluorescent, and metallic colors cannot be accurately reproduced using standard CMYK printing and may appear differently in the final product.

PropVinyls cannot guarantee exact color matching. Colors are reproduced within a 10% range of the approved press proof.

General Art File Guidelines

If using your own artist to create files:

• Supported professional design applications include Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Canva, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other non-professional/browser-based design programs are not accepted as working design files.
• Accepted file types include .AI, .PSD, .PDF, vector images, raster images, high-resolution .JPEG, and high-resolution .PNG.
• Illustrator and Photoshop files should remain editable and unflattened, with linked images embedded or provided separately.
• For fonts, please include corresponding .OTF or .TTF font files with your artwork.
• Leave files in their native color mode. Do not convert to CMYK.

If the full-size file is too large to attach: 1/12 scale at 600–900 PPI is accepted
1/12 scale: 1" in the file = 1' finished
